About Me

Hello, my name is Misty Black.  I am an abundantly blessed wife to an awesome Man of God, my best friend and Momma to the two most incredible daughters on the planet (but I am not biased).  I am a writer at heart and although God has me focused in other areas right now, it is my hope to write a book one day.  I work outside of the home as well as serve as a worship dance minister and in abortion recovery ministry wherever He leads.  My prayer is to work in full time ministry when God opens the door, so I can spend all of my days serving Him and giving back to others what I have learned through Him in my recovery from the pain of abortion.  God has called me to speak publicly sharing my testimony of how He turned my brokenness into something beautiful for His Glory and to educate the public on the truth of abortion.  In obedience of His calling, I am honored to serve as founder/director of Wings of Hope Abortion Recovery Ministry.

I truly pray that you are blessed by The Heart Knows, I know I am.  It is such a precious, sacred time for me to hand stamp each letter of the names of those lost to abortion, that are now in Heaven with our Father.  I am so thankful to God for literally dropping the vision of this ministry in my lap and His continued provision and guidance in living it out.
